Department: Baby Boutique

Reports to: Expecting Miracles Director

 

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Baby Boutique Volunteer at the PRC is a regularly scheduled volunteer who has a heart for our ministry and clients.  Baby Boutique Volunteers play a vital role in the daily operations of the center by maintaining the Boutique.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Help patients select items from the Baby Boutique

• Operate computer system to check-out shoppers

• Stock and straighten the Baby Boutique

• Receive donations

• Sort donated clothing and baby items

• Alert Expecting Miracles Director of supply needs

• Check for recalls on donated items

• Keep hallways and Conference Room tidy from overflow donations

• Attend quarterly volunteer in-services

 

 

OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

 

 

WORK SCHEDULE:

• One shift per week (One year commitment unless otherwise discussed with Expecting Miracles Director)

• Three Volunteer In-Service Meetings per year
