Staff Practitioner 

Pregnancy Resource Clinic, a nationally accredited ambulatory healthcare facility, is seeking a part-time practitioner (PA, or ARNP) for services such as sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment and well-woman exams.

Position: Staff Practitioner 
 

Qualifications and responsibilities are not limited to but include the following:


Qualifications:

A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  • Full agreement with the PRC mission and vision, statement of faith and principles, and policies.

  • Able to communicate effectively with patients and PRC personnel.

  • Dependable, stable, and available for time commitment.

  • Committed to providing respectful, non-judgmental services to all patients.

  • Adheres to HIPAA guidelines regarding patient confidentiality.

  • Exhibits a strong interpersonal and administrative skill set.

  • Fosters commitment to a common vision and promotes teamwork.

  • Graduation with a masters or doctorate degree in medicine or nursing from an accredited university. 

  • Active license to practice medicine in good standing with the State of Washington Medical or Nursing Board.

Responsibilities:

The Staff Practitioner works to ensure that the highest standard of care is delivered in the clinic. Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Staff Practitioner is responsible for assuring that the clinic team: 

  • Provides appropriate healthcare to patients.

  • Maintains appropriate documentation.

  • Maintains professional standards of care.

Staff RN/Sonographer 

Pregnancy Resource Clinic, a nationally accredited ambulatory healthcare facility, is seeking a part- to full-time registered nurse for 30 to 40 hours per week

Position: Staff RN/Sonographer 
 

Qualifications and responsibilities are not limited to but include the following:


Qualifications:

  • A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  • Full agreement with the PRC mission and vision, statement of faith and principles, and policies.

  • Maintains an active license as a Registered Nurse in Washington State.

  • Maintains an active CPR certification.

  • Obtains and maintains proficiency in performing limited obstetric ultrasounds.

  • Completes the Medical Director’s requirements for independent scanning at the PRC.

  • Completes the requirements for providing and documenting evidence-based nursing care to patients at the PRC.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintains current knowledge of PRC medical policies and procedures, as well as, evidence-based nursing methods, principles, and practices related to women’s reproductive health and maternal/fetal health.

  • Completes the PRC pregnancy test and STI/STD tests and treatment training annually.

  • Participation in the PRC volunteer training program.

  • Assures compliance with infection control guidelines.

  • Practices safe injection technique.

  • Completes mandated reporting per Washington State laws and regulations.
