Compliance Training

All compliance trainings with the exception of the Policies & Procedures (which will be accessible on any PRC computer through the desktop volunteer log in, as well as, in hard copy form) can be found here

Log in using your email address and using the password PRC123 or PRCSC123 (if you've already changed your password, then use the password that you created). You can create a new password once you are logged in.

  • Once logged in, all trainings are located under "client login".

  • Three of the medical only trainings can be found under "client login" in "OSHA". To complete the annual training requirements, click "retake this exam" under the previous certificate of completion.

  • All certificates of completion are to be submitted to your supervisor.

COMPLIANCE TRAINING SCHEDULE

Quarter 1: January 1, 2019 - March 31, 2019

  • Chemical Hazard Communication (training will be emailed at the beginning of the quarter)

  • HIPAA

 

 

Quarter 2: April 1, 2019 - June 30, 2019

 

All:

 

  • Safety Manual (located in the HUB)

 

Medical Only:

 

  • Safer Sharps Modules 1 - 5 (OSHA)

Advocates, Admin, and Medical Only: 

  • Winning Telephone Techniques (available via email)

 

 

Quarter 3: July 1, 2019 - September 30, 2019

 

All:

 

  • Emergency Preparedness Modules 1-6

  • Policy Manual

  • Risk Management Plan

 

 

Medical Only:

 

  • Blood Borne Pathogens (OSHA)

 

 

Quarter 4: October 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019

 

All:

 

  • Emergency Preparedness Modules 7-11

  • Emergency Action Plan

  • Exposure Control Plan  

  • Sharps Injury Prevention Plan

 

 

Medical Only:

 

  • Hand washing (OSHA)
