STAFF NURSE

The PRC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse. Candidates must be committed Christians who hold a pro-life position as well as compassion and empathy for women and men experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. As a registered nurse for the PRC, your responsibilities will include: Pregnancy and STI testing and treatment, adherence to policies and procedures, strong interpersonal skills, commitment to teamwork, and the ability to be flexible. This position may also include training to perform limited obstetric ultrasound. Qualifications also include WA state and professional licensing. Experience with obstetrics or previous work in a pregnancy clinic is a plus.

Qualifications: RN with experience in women's health preferred. Applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be adept at crisis intervention. Must be in full agreement with the PRC’s statement of faith and principles and core values. The PRC is a Christian life-affirming organization.

DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

The Pregnancy Resource Clinic (PRC) in Everett, is seeking qualified candidates for a Development Assistant position. The responsibilities include formatting and creating/editing content for a monthly e-newsletter, email and text blasts, and social media. The Development Assistant also works with partner churches for speaking, fundraising, project/service opportunities. Strong written communication and graphic design skills are needed, as well as flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events.

CONNEXIONS MANAGER

The PRC has an opening for our Connexions Manager position. The ideal candidate is a male or female who loves Jesus, has a heart for youth, youth leaders, parents, and educators, and is a visionary driven to change the world. They will currently be leading youth or will have led youth in the past. The applicant will be passionate about providing youth with life strategies through youth presentations that approach topics such as alcohol, sex, mental health, and peer pressure. Natural networkers, they know how to connect with and educate youth pastors/leaders, pastors, parents, educators and, community members.

 

The applicant is fun, a good listener, not intimidated by cultural sexual norms or discussions, understands issues plaguing youth, and maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise in social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Foursquare Bookmarking sites (such as StumbleUpon, Digg, Reddit), blogs, etc. They embrace God’s grace and can openly and appropriately discuss their background of sexual brokenness and sanctification. They are well-spoken/written and can think on their feet.

FATHERHOOD PROGRAM MANAGER

The PRC has an opening for our new Fatherhood Program Manager (FPM) position. The ideal male candidate will empower those most vulnerable to abortion to choose life by meaningfully equipping men to be part of the decision-making and parenting process. The FPM is responsible for the oversight and growth of the partner program and will provide and meet stated targets and goals to accomplish the mission.  He will develop relationships in the surrounding community that attract clients, patients, volunteers, and partnerships to the PRC.  The FPM is an active part of the patient services team and represents the work and mission of the Pregnancy Resource Clinic (PRC) in every area of life. 

 

The FPM loves Jesus and is a visionary who will develop and implement a new men’s program for the PRC. This will be accomplished through four distinct initiatives. They will:

  • Develop an effective program to engage and encourage male participants in the clinic, using tools, training, and resources to enhance the options discussions that serve the needs of fathers and other pregnancy support people

  • Create a network of community resources for men facing an unplanned pregnancy and those being tested for STIs that empower them to make life-affirming choices

  • Form strong relationships with local churches to recruit, train, and build a dynamic team of male volunteers who will serve as advocates inside and outside the walls of the Clinic and execute the program initiatives

  • Establish training and mentoring opportunities for men and fathers that are offered through the local church
