Staff Nurse/Safety Officer

Pregnancy Resource Clinic, a nationally accredited ambulatory healthcare facility, is seeking a part time registered nurse for 20 to 30 hours per week.

Position: Staff Nurse/Safety Officer

 

Qualifications and responsibilities are not limited to but include the following:

 

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  • Full agreement with the PRC mission and vision, statement of faith and principles, and policies.

  • Maintains an active license as a Registered Nurse in Washington State.

  • Maintains an active CPR certification.

  • Exhibits a strong interpersonal and administrative skill set.

  • Fosters commitment to a common vision and promotes teamwork.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains current knowledge of PRC medical policies and procedures, as well as evidence-based nursing methods, principles, and practices related to women's reproductive health and maternal/fetal health.

  • Completes annual training requirements.

  • Provides pregnancy testing and STI/STD testing and treatment per Medical Director signed orders.

  • Practices safe medication administration and injection technique

  • Distributes prenatal vitamins to qualifying patients per Medical Director signed standing order and policy and procedure.

  • Provides health education for patient questions or concerns and refers patients to appropriate medical services as needed.

  • Is present with the Sonographer during the ultrasound procedure.

  • Assures compliance with infection control guidelines.

  • Cleans medical equipment and prepares the room for the next patient appointment.

  • Completes mandated reporting per Washington State laws and regulations.

  • Ensures compliance with AAAHC guidelines related to safety, risk management, and emergency action plan.

Development Assistant

 

Pregnancy Resource Clinic, a nonprofit, nationally accredited healthcare facility, is seeking a full-time Development Assistant for 36 to 40 hours per week.

 

Position: Development Assistant

Qualifications and responsibilities are not limited to but include the following:

 

Qualifications:

  • A commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

  • Agreement with the PRC mission and vision, statements of faith and principles, and policies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Flodesk and Textedly familiarity helpful

  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skill set

  • Proficient in graphic design

  • Canva familiarity helpful

  • Experience in email funnel marketing helpful

  • Skilled writer

  • Excellent communication skills and is very personable

  • Occasional evening and weekend availability

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on annual fundraising events

  • Create and collaborate on Mail/Email/Social Media Communications

  • Recruit and work with churches for signature events

  • Maintain and update donor database and online giving platform

  • Work with CEO on client marketing initiatives

  • Visit churches and community events to give presentations

  • Host tours to groups and individuals at the clinic

As an accredited medical clinic, all standards must be met; this includes but is not limited to:

  • Job-related training

  • Completes annual compliance training

  • Post-hire TB screening and supplies immunization records (MMR) or exemption request
