This position supervises the Patient Advocate team, including hiring, training and supporting advocates, as well as managing the Patient Services Department and patient schedule.

The ideal candidate loves Jesus and has a heart for youth, youth leaders, parents and educators. They are currently leading youth, or have led youth in the past. They are passionate about helping youth build healthy relationships through Sexual Risk Avoidance education and adults with training so they can educate youth. This is done through youth presentations, and by employing their networking skills to educate youth pastors/leaders, pastors, parents, educators and volunteers.


This applicant is fun, a good listener, not intimidated by cultural sexual norms or discussions, and understands issues plaguing youth. They maintain a personal mix of participatory expertise in social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Foursquare Bookmarking sites (such as StumbleUpon, Digg, Reddit), blogs, etc. They embrace God’s grace and can openly and appropriately discuss their own background of sexual brokenness and sanctification.


Because this candidate will be building a new program, they must have a proven track record of making something out of nothing; a visionary driven to change the world.

This position requires an active licensed RN in the state of WA and is a combination of two job descriptions. The RN selected for this position will complete nursing assessments, perform urine pregnancy testing, provide education related to pregnancy including sexual health, and fulfill delegated nurse administrative duties. In addition, the RN selected will be expected to complete limited obstetric ultrasound training provided by the PRCSC, and provide limited OB ultrasounds independently once deemed competent and privileged to do so by the PRCSC’s Medical Director.
